Insurance claims:
We can help you to deal with your insurance company, especially if you need to replace an antique or period item. According to the Financial Ombudsman News (October 2001), you can not be forced to accept vouchers or a modern replacement in lieu of the antique item that has been lost.

Our workshops can refurbish worn or damaged items, and provide free estimates for insurance claims related to jewellery repairs. Our team of craftsmen also include pearl stringers.
