- We are famous for our excellent after sales service. With every gem set Richard Ogden ring, for example, we offer a complimentary annual cleaning and checking service. Our repairs department has more than half a century of experience.
- We are also pleased to announce our support for the Microloan Foundation, a Chiswick based charity "helping the poor help themselves" in Malawi. Richard Ogden, the founder of Richard Ogden Ltd – still a family owned company – had a passion for the African continent. He sadly past away in October 2005 but would have been delighted that we are donating half of the profit from our limited edition scarab beetle collection to the Microloan Foundation (www.microloanfoundation.org.uk).
